Return Policy:

1.      Twin Industries must issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number for all returns.  No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

2.      Only new, un-used merchandise may be returned.  Merchandise must be returned in original packaging within 30 days of original invoice date.  A 10% restocking fee may be applied to credit card orders to offset processing fees.

3.      Products with manufacturer's defects must be returned within 60 days of the original invoice date.

4.      Freight charges for returns must be prepaid.
